By downloading, installing, or using the Gratitude Candle ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

The Gratitude Candle is a personal journaling application that allows users to record daily gratitude entries and reflect on positive aspects of their lives.

- First 7 gratitude entries are free
- Basic app functionality
Premium Subscription
- Unlimited gratitude entries
- Full customization options
- Access to gratitude history
- Sharing features

Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are available on a monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($49.99/year) basis
- Payment is processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Power of Gratitude and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
- You retain ownership of the gratitude entries you create
- Your entries are stored locally on your device
- We do not claim any ownership rights to your content
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power of Gratitude shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Power of Gratitude from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
